Cancellation Policy

Out of respect for other patients and our staff, we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.

First-time missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours will be given a warning, the next instance will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment rate, and repeat occurrences will incur a fee of 100% of the appointment rate.
