Cancellation Policy

Late cancellations and missed appointments not only disrupt our practitioners' schedules but also limit availability for others who need care. To ensure fair access to appointments, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations and appointment changes. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed entirely will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost.

 

We understand that unexpected situations arise, and our goal is to help you avoid unnecessary fees. Please provide as much notice as possible for any scheduling changes.
