The mind is a powerful tool that can work for or against you. Anyone ever tell you to just relax, don’t worry about it, it’s not a big deal, calm down, it’s all in your head? But this only frustrated you more because you know it’s not that easy!


Your caring and compassionate personality always puts others first, and I know that you don’t give yourself that same love that you need to feel in control of your anxiety and energized. I see this all the time where at first women think it’s normal to be a worrier, exhausted, overwhelmed… but lately it’s been feeling a little less “normal” and everything you’ve tried has given only short term relief (or worse, no relief at all!). It’s also not “normal” to be pushing through every day with brain fog, bad sleep, unpredictable bowels, headaches, sweating, weight gain, poor memory.

How Does The Energized Body Calm Mind Program Work?

Through individual, 1:1 appointments, either virtualy or in person, the Energized Body Calm Mind program provides a methodology and resources to take you through the 5 main phases.

The 5 Phases


The Energized Body Calm Mind Program takes patients through a 5 phase methodology that Dr. McLaughlin ND has refined and developed over years of working with women suffering from anxiety and fatigue. Each phase is completely individualized to each persons unique needs.


Phase 1: Discover the Root Cause

  • We complete a comprehensive investigation, including intake, physical exams, and lab testing to understand your baseline heath status and uncover any underlying hormone issues, nutrient deficiencies, adrenal issues, and thyroid imbalances.

  • Spend 75 minutes together -

  • (week 0  90 minute)

Phase 2: Physical Foundations

  • Treatments begin right away. We talk about tools to manage anxiety when it happens and to reduce overall levels of anxiety. We work on repleting deficiencies and correcting underlying physiological imbalances.


Phase 3: Lifestyle Foundations

  • We discuss strategies for improving sleep, nutrition, stress management, exercise habits, self care. We also build your health care team.


Phase 4: Re-Assess and Adjust


Phase 5: Planning your Future without Anxiety

  • Once you’re feeling better, we create a plan to keep it that way! We create an “emergency plan” if a flare up occurs and decide what therapies should be continued to keep you feeling energized and in control of your mind.


Here is a look at what the Energized Body Calm Mind Program timeline typically looks like


Phase 1: The program starts here at week 0, with a 75-Minute Initial Appointment

Phase 2: At week 1-2, we review all findings from Phase 1 in a 45-Minute Follow-Up Appointment.

Phase 3: At week 3-4, a 45-Minute Follow-Up Appointment is scheduled


If lab testing has not yet been completed, then Phase 2 and 3 may be reversed


Phase 4: At Week 6-8, a 30 minute follow up appointment is scheduled. If needed, additional appointments in phase 4 may be recommended until you achieve optimal health.

Phase 5: By this time, you’re feeling like a new women! We have a 30-Minute Follow-Up Appointment quarterly to make sure you continue feeling great!
